Abstract


The content of this study is the recent large - scale real estate projects in the outskirts of large cities are increasingly interested in this phenomenon to build a new urbanism community . By analyzing a large number of domestic and international real estate market research to collect information about New Urbanism communities , as well as the specific results of the practice , practice analysis of the specific circumstances of the New Urbanism , described from the point of view of community building and planning new urbanism to the Chinese living community building Implications . In this paper, content , structure , please refer to Section 1.4 of the first chapter . The article focuses on discussing market real estate projects under the guidance of the theory of New Urbanism city planning and design of the new concept . Focused on analyzing the active practitioner of the New Urbanism - Vanke Real Estate Co. , Ltd. and Shanghai Municipal Government of the more successful new urbanism projects , which summed up the gains and losses of the New Urbanism in the course of our practice . The article also explored and analyzed the two modes of \The end of the article pointed out that New Urbanism as \, the concept shall be based on the actual situation in China proper localization , in order to maximize the potential economic and social benefits .
