The Marketing Theory incoming China for more than 20 years of time, during after multiple stages of development, Marketing Theory and marketing practice in China has achieved a lot of success. Unfortunately, the academia and the business community in the process of \International Marketing is not smooth. This article elaborated the U.S. marketing strategy is no longer universal global paper further pointed out that, in the context of globalization, multinational corporations to develop international marketing strategies need to focus on analysis of cultural factors, the impact of cultural differences on international marketing strategy increasingly far-reaching and entered a cross-cultural, international marketing new marketing stage. Understand the cultural meaning and cultural differences in a variety of dimensions, is a prerequisite for understanding cultural differences have a significant impact on international marketing decisions. Enterprises have the right frame of mind to deal with cultural differences should be fully aware of the role of the double-edged sword of cultural differences on cross-cultural marketing. By comparing the United States, Japan and China unique national culture and corporate culture to explain the reason why the United States and Japan to take a distinct marketing strategy of globalization and localization marketing strategy by the cultural characteristics of each of universalism and particularism decisions, thus proving, in order to get international marketing success, it must be based on the national and cultural characteristics of the target country, and adaptive improvements, not blindly imitate. Marketing status quo for Chinese enterprises, the author believes that the process of \Chinese enterprises to re-understand and explore the Chinese culture, and to develop and enhance products and services with Chinese cultural elements, to establish a customer-oriented awareness, a marketing concept in China, and breakthrough marketing theory. The innovation of this paper is that the \Second, to quote both cultural differences theory of dimensional analysis, comparison of national culture and corporate culture of the United States and Japan. Third, to resolve the enterprises of the United States and Japan, respectively, to take the advantages and disadvantages of globalization and localization of marketing strategy and culture the internal and marketing strategic vision of the global localization.
