Abstract


Chuanxiong as Umbelliferae Chuanxiong of Ligusticum chuanxiong of Hort., Roots. Pharmacological experiments show Ligustrazine Injection clinical as cardiovascular drugs, increase coronary blood flow, improve the viscosity of whole blood and red blood cell deformability, suppression the thromboxane A 2 (TX A 2 ) biosynthesis, reduce ischemic brain tissue damage and nervous system dysfunction, and some lung and kidney disease therapies. Tetramethylpyrazine (Ligustrazine) is an active alkaloid extracted from the Chinese medicine Chuanxiong (Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort) - tetramethyl pyrazine. Pharmacological test showed that ligustrazine injection clinically as a cardiovascular drug, increase coronary blood flow, improve the whole blood viscosity trace red blood cell deformability, inhibiting thromboxane A2 (TXA2) biosynthesis, reduce ischemic brain damage and neurological dysfunction and certain lung, kidney disease therapy. Macroporous resin (macroporous absorption resin) is a functional polymer materials by polymerization of a monomer and crosslinker, porogen dispersion agent additives prepared from the polymerization reaction. Its physical and chemical properties of stable, insoluble in acids, alkalis and organic solvents, can selectively adsorb organic substances from aqueous solution by physical adsorption.
