Abstract


The plaster manufacturer of the the cream cloth drug layer quality control using artificial weighing method . This method is to mark cream cloth , to be anointed cloth dryer after drying to be sampled , and weighed weighing , and then measured the results back to the operation of the workers operating workers to be adjusted according to the measurement results of pasted the mechanical system of the machine , the control of paste cloth drug layer thickness , so as to achieve the purpose of controlling the quality of the drug layer . This approach has many drawbacks : (1) real-time . (2 ) measurement error . Artificial weighing factors , the selection of the sampling points , sampling paste cloth size and weight reading caused a lot of random errors . (3) high labor costs , requires special someone to be sampled and weighed . Thus , this method is not suitable for the needs of modern production . The thickness of the plaster and plaster mass proportional relationship , the development of an automated online measurement of the quality or thickness of the medicated layer of the detected paste cloth system is essential to improve product quality, increase plant efficiency . Data fusion theory and methods , a combination of laser thickness measurement system and capacitance micrometer on Measuring thick systems both real-time thickness measurement system , given the overall scheme of the the cream cloth drug layer thickness measurement system data integration . This paper presents a new laser thickness measurement program , the light source line laser line laser detector by the strip of silicon photovoltaic cells and the corresponding circuit , thus expanding the measurement area , improve the measurement accuracy . In this paper, the capacitance micrometer thickness measurement system to do some research . Design the mechanical part of the capacitance micrometer . Data fusion theory and technology of a variety of data fusion method to construct artificial neural network ( BP network ) model , data fusion laser thickness measurement results and capacitance micrometer measured thickness results ; proposed a data fusion BP algorithm, VC 6.0 development environment , using C language to design a set of procedures to implement this algorithm . Compare the measurement results of the fusion results and a single thickness measurement system , results showed that the measurement accuracy has been greatly improved .
