Abstract


With the accelerated development of human settlement environment construction in China , in recent years , the level of planning and design of the residential area in China has been greatly improved . Residential pitch as the requirements of the residential district of sunshine and its spatial use has so far failed to receive due attention , passive design, passive use is relatively common .
