Abstract


Great achievements have been gained during the past 50 years of probing for urban planning in china.In the background of the new time, china’s urban planning have to face not only many of the old problems, but also the challenges of the new comings.so it is the time to solve these problem and advocate renovation,which is the only choice of china’s urban planning. There are many problems in current establishments of urban master plan in china, here just discuss several central issues.At last,the paper brings forward relevant solutions to each of the problems. The planning making is an important part of urban planning system. The conventional planning under planned economy is not quite used to the rapid development of cities in new times. Based on the development of society and economy in china today, this paper reviewed the development course of urban planning system in several west developed countries and tried to look for the direction about the future of the Chinese urban planning system; At the same time, this paper introduced new attemptation of urban planning in the developed regions. Tried to seek the new trend about Chinese urban planning. The cities are no longer satisfied with the “ultimate blueprint”of urban planning, but in the pursuit of the manipulation、implementation and administration urban planning. The main purpose of the study is not only exploring the systematic and overall manipulations of the scientific and rational drawing—up of the Chinese urban master planning for the future, but also offering a reference for the frame of the urban planning system drawing—up that fits in with the specific situations in china today.
