Abstract


Social security and Sociology of theoretical knowledge and field research , investigation and analysis on the situation of the rights and obligations of urban unemployment , the initial description of the state of consciousness of the rights and obligations of the unemployed in urban areas and their rights and obligations advocate position , at the same time analysis of the reasons that lead to these conditions , and made recommendations to improve the existing situation . The article is divided into six parts . The first chapter sets the background of the research questions , based on a review of literature , pointed out that the lack of existing research , and the research ideas, methods of data collection and analysis methods to do the simple instructions . The second chapter focuses describes the the unemployed rights and obligations and Awareness . Visits; aware of their rights of unemployed in the awareness and enjoyment of the minimum living standard security awareness , sense of fair play on the Rights of the unemployed , the unemployed labor rights awareness and sense of obligation to examine the unemployed personal obligations , government obligations and social awareness of the obligations . The third chapter focuses describes the unemployed rights and obligations of claims . Claims measured minimum surface and scope of protection of the unemployed , personal awareness and the level of applications , guaranteeing re-employment status and to enjoy the support policies . The obligations measuring the scope and extent of the implementation of the obligations of the unemployed . The fourth chapter analyzes the factors affect urban unemployment rights and obligations . Personal factors from the unemployed , the government factors from the existing pro-poor policies defects , guaranteeing working organs and weak , funding problems, development-oriented poverty alleviation limitations analysis . The fifth chapter is recommended . Personal factors from conversion of unemployed concept of social protection , its own recommendations on the participation of communities and civil society organizations ; government and society from rescue system improvement , community economic development , legal assistance to strengthen the social capital of the Unemployed cultivate four aspects . The sixth chapter is conclusions and shortcomings . The concluding section summarizes the contents of this paper the shortfall extended three aspects from the survey methods , data analysis methods , as well as the content of the article can continue to improve .
