Abstract


With the rapid development of computer technology, software applications have been spread. The software scale and cost have been increased gradually, the complicated degree of software design increases continuously and the opportunity that appearing mistakes or bugs in the software development process have been increased. At the same time, the market has strengthens gradually to the cognition of the software quantity importance. So, as a part of the software life cycle, the importance of bug management is increasingly outstanding in the software item practice process, and it is an important means to guarantee the software quantity. After analyse the V model of test process, put forward that testing life cycly consists of four phases: devise test plan, design use case, execute use case and bug management. And summarize the plan, task and work flow of all the phases. It also introduces the test resource, test policy and test document detailedly or simply. At the same time, it also discuss the bug manement detailedly, summarize the work flow of bug management, introduce the system software that used in this modle and how to analyse bug. Combine the Treasury Information Process System, it set forth how to actualize bug management and track during testing life cycle, how to find and solve bugs as soon as possible, how to deal with the alteration arise suddenly. Now, the tools of bug management is more and more, and more and more well used , it is a effective mean that choose a correct tool to improve the efficiency of bug management Only attach importance to it to heavens, then can guarantee software development degree of progress smoothly, then can develop the excellent product, then can make customers ratify the arduous working of the develop personnel.
