Abstract


Contradictions and problems of management subject and object belongs to a premise and basic management philosophy research areas . People a long time ago on this issue has been studied , and on how to resolve the conflict between the management host-guest put forward many good suggestions and useful management . Recognize the dialectical relationship between the role of the law to manage the contradiction between subject and object , will help us to better deal with the management of the host-guest conflicts and to improve our ability to management practices . The contradictory relationship between the management of the subject and object of management is dialectical , the two opposites and unified to become an important force to promote the level of human management continues to progress . Management of host-guest contradiction not only common feature contradiction with the general subject and object , as well as its special form and content , the actual performance is not the same.
