Abstract


Investigating cases is the Constitution of the Communist Party of China and the People 's Republic of China on Administrative Supervision Law gives a basic duty of the discipline inspection and supervision organs . Therefore, how to improve the quality and efficiency of the investigation and handling of major cases to achieve a comprehensive political , economic and social benefits , the greatest concern of the discipline inspection and supervision organs and their investigators . This study will be the success of the investigation and handling of the Xiamen smuggling case , for example , focus on analysis of case-handling coordination mechanism to provide an effective paradigm for theorists and practitioners engaged in anti-corruption work . This paper first describes the research background and research purposes , overview of domestic and international anti-corruption mechanisms and case coordination , the structural arrangements . Concerned about the smuggling of the Group's assets and the alleged payments , after firstly round display CPC Central Committee investigating all aspects of the Xiamen smuggling case , is handling the case analysis of the coordination mechanism provides a description of the investigation and handling of the front and rear of the Xiamen smuggling case from an overview of the Xiamen smuggling case , best case . Reasonable , scientifically designed organizational structure is the main basis for investigating major cases coordination mechanism . In this paper, on the basis of the basic principles and procedures of the organization structure design , research and the investigation and handling of the Xiamen smuggling case reasonable organizational structure , the functions of the bodies and their mutual relations . Works investigated the coordination mechanisms of the Xiamen smuggling case study from the theoretical point of view of the organizational structure , the paper argues that effective mode of operation is an important guarantee for the investigation and handling of major cases coordination mechanism . The content of the investigation and handling of the coordination of the coordination mechanism of the Xiamen smuggling case study from the perspective of management philosophy , that the use of management philosophy , the use of a new management philosophy , clear and coherent content , is the key to the effective functioning of the investigation and handling of major cases coordination mechanism .
