Abstract


This thesis is borne Robot Research Center of Shandong University of Science and Technology, the National 863 projects \the development of the situation , the use of embedded systems technology , FGPA image processing technology and network communication technology , research and development of teleoperation network-oriented real-time image pre-processing system . Firstly, according to the charged operating robot 's actual work situation choose the camera at the end of the robot 's monocular vision of the program , and combined network remote operating characteristics of the robot , put forward the image network transmission of the performance requirements , and based on the requirement to determine the first of image preprocessing network transmission program , by comparing the DSP , ASIC and FPGA 's strengths and weaknesses , but also taking into account the actual situation of the image processing in this article , select the parallel processing capabilities of the FPGA for real-time image preprocessing . Selected through a comparative analysis the embedded microprocessor real-time operating system (RTOS) program to build a remote server , and embedded server and real-time image pre-processing part of the hardware circuit design in detail . Video image acquisition and pre-processing module inside the FPGA design can achieve rapid image acquisition , filtering and threshold segmentation . This paper made ??an in-depth study of the embedded operating system VxWorks multitasking environment , design a server-side software . Socket network communication based on TCP , the control side application developed in VC 6.0 environment . Finally, experimental tests the performance of the system as a whole , to achieve the desired effect .
