Nowadays,the information technique has well developed.Face to a rat race in market competition,many companies benefit from information construction. Information system can provide great support to product and management,but some of system could not satisfy the managerial need because the system lack of flexibility and smooth feature,so that they show their weak tendency on construction,control and management of workflow.The advent of the Workflow changed the situation,the Workflow technique cover the whole life cycle of business process reengineering,such as process analysis,process modeling,model implement and model maintain.This technique could improve and optimize the workflow,control the process better,make information system more flexible on work flow reform.The function of Workflow has became more and more important since it’s advent.As the workflow foundation framework of Windows,Windows Workflow Foundation provides great support to the application of workflow.WWF provide graphic interface for workflow definition,framework and tools to application program based on workflow.Research and design of workflow based on Windows is diverting to WWF Recent years.The research hotspot and workflow product solution in home and abroad is introduced in the first place,and research deeply on WWF technique and model structure in.NET Framework 3.0,then compare with BizTalk Server,which is important software on company workflow management developed by Microsoft.After elaborating WWF theory,apply WWF technique to develop on Information Management System for Students’ Sponsorship of Shaanxi Collage.Firstly,design WWF model fit the needs of this system after analysis system’s business process; secondly,introduce WWF into original system structure,in addition to this design proposal,design and modeling the workflow on.NET,the focal point is to describe Sequential Workflow and State Machine Workflow;finally,achieve the Persistence of WWF,in order to save the workflow state into database.Theory and technique of WWF is applied to information system development could make the workflow be controlled better,improved the smooth feature,easier to modify and optimize,increase the flexibility of the system.
