Abstract


Export processing zones in FDI inflows , employment creation and foreign exchange acquisition ( net exports ) three aspects of the economic effect has been a lot of literature and experience prove . The article correction Mauricio Jenkins (2000) general equilibrium model , and the use of the modified model theoretically first export processing zones to enhance the contribution of the domestic industry to national income through domestic links and technology spillover , and further pointed out that the export processing zone economy The effect is also reflected in the domestic links , technology spillover and industrial structure improvement . Therefore, the paper proposes FDI inflow , six indicators of job creation , net exports and domestic links , technology spillover and industrial structure should be as comprehensive evaluation of economic benefit of the export processing zones , and determine the export processing zones \In order to provide further explanation of this judgment , the articles to build a comprehensive economic effects of export processing zones factor model , the model that the main factors of the economic effects of the Export Processing Zone , including the international environment and domestic conditions , geographic conditions and the role of government , which the government initiative is the strongest factor , a causal relationship between the combination of four variables with six evaluation indicators and national income and its role . Through comparative analysis of the economic effects of the export processing zones in Taiwan , South Korea and the Philippines to effectively support the reasonableness of the causal model . The status of the overall economic effects of China's export processing zones of the causal model evaluation concluded that the eastern part of the export processing zone economic benefits significantly better than the the Midwest export processing zones , the main reason is that the infrastructure , supporting industries , government targets , management innovation regional disparities and competition between export processing interval difference . Finally, the papers for these issues and the current situation of China's export processing zones future development ideas , mode selection , and recommendations for policy adjustments .
