Abstract


Associated with the acceleration of the process of economic globalization, the global value chain of the industry in the region within the \Especially for developing countries cluster global contact the local contact is more important to participate in the global value chain to enhance their capacity and an important way to upgrade. But to participate in the division of labor of the global value chain is a double-edged sword, the division of labor in the global value chain at the same time to promote the rapid growth of developing countries cluster also possible to cluster development risks. Therefore, we can not ignore the important influence of the global links of the cluster to cluster risk. Existing research cluster risk from cluster within the enterprise contact or social network relations conducted few the cluster external links on cluster risk involved, or is simply the external links generally attributed to the The cluster of environmental factors. In view of this, we study the cluster value chain extension and embedded in the global value chain integration mechanism to study the mechanism of the formation of the association of the global value chain division and the risk of industrial clusters in developing countries and in the global value chain analysis framework. In order to verify some conclusions of this paper, the use of case studies, field research Zhejiang Shaoxing textile and garment industry cluster is selected as the research object. From Shaoxing textile enterprises involved in the development of the global value chain, and problems faced verify the significance of the division of industrial clusters in developing countries to participate in global value chains, as well as the risks that may arise in the development process. Finally, based on the study of the mechanism of the formation of the association of industrial clusters in developing countries to participate in the division of the value chain and cluster risk, in order to make the study more practical significance, this paper investigates industrial clusters in developing countries in the context of global value chain division the direction of risk prevention. Also provide some reference to the next step of developing countries cluster of risk prevention and control research.
