Abstract

With the development of the national economy , the construction of the site constraints , the need to function so that the plane of the building layout and vertical body increasingly complex . These irregular body building due to the uneven distribution of mass , the lateral force resisting members arranged asymmetry causes the force is more complex . Irregular building structures under seismic action in addition to generating translational also generate reverse the effect , or even become a major factor in the building structure damage . Therefore, how to correctly foresee the force structure under seismic action , ensure the seismic performance design irregular body building . Earthquake response analysis of irregular structure has also been an important research topic in the field of seismic . The irregular structure study of the following three aspects : 1 . Discuss several important issues Pushover analysis , seismic performance and damage performance Pushover analysis based on the structure ; and structure from the opposite a direction of loading, load differences in the results , comparing two directions problem discussed Pushover method in the presence of irregular structure in the application . Eccentric layers of different structural performance analysis and draw some meaningful conclusions . In a lot of reading literature based on performance - based seismic design of structures in theory and methods , as well as the irregular structure of the problem are discussed .
