Abstract

The detailed experimental study and ANSYS nonlinear finite element analysis of prestressed concrete laminated board . Destroyed by static load test, four prestressed ribbed sheet stacked the synthetic rectangular plate load - deflection curve variation , cracks appear and carry out the characteristics of reinforced concrete strain variation . The tests showed that such laminated plate having a higher strength and greater stiffness , it is possible to meet the requirements of the normal use of the bearing capacity and deformation ; carried out by the cracks of the plate and destruction can be seen Floor having a bi-directional board failure characteristics , and strain curve can be found according to the load of steel and concrete - floor bidirectional force effect . By analysis of the characteristics of the overall patchwork to study the mechanical properties of the strip . Secondly , on the basis of the pilot study , the use of the theory of the ordinary way Slab cracking load and ultimate bearing capacity of bi- laminated floor were calculated and analyzed Cracking Load formula and ultimate bearing capacity on the lower limit of the calculation method , and preliminary plastic reinforcement methods reasonably safe premise . Finally, the non-linear finite element analysis of prestressed one-way , two-way overlapping board using ANSYS program . Combined with experimental data to carry out a comparison of the figure , the load - deflection curve bearing capacity , cracks and prove the feasibility and rationality of the finite element analysis . Bidirectional Composite Slab stiffness of a preliminary study , and the introduction of this new type of floor steel construction with engineering examples . The above research results can provide a reference for the prestressed concrete Composite Slab engineering applications and further research .
