Abstract


Camshafts are important parts of the car engine camshaft machining accuracy requirements , with the development of China 's automotive industry , increasing the camshaft testing requirements are also increasing . Traditional cam detection methods are very low degree of intelligence and efficiency , run out of credits degree head detects a cam takes about four hours and does not meet modern production of high - efficiency requirements . Existing camshaft detector to improve the detection speed , but a very narrow range of applications , generally a single instrument can detect only a cam is almost a special plane . This study is a measure of versatile , high accuracy , high degree of automation , set manual measurements and automatic measurements in one angle and camshaft parameters automatic detector . Subject to the Tianjin of machine Optical Instrument Factory , Tianjin University , School of Precision Instrument joint development subject . In this paper, the automatic measuring mechanism , detection and control of the angle and camshaft parameter automatic detector system , data acquisition and processing methods , and error handling method .
