Abstract


With China's accession to the WTO , the influx of foreign-funded enterprises in China, has brought a considerable impact to the local Chinese enterprises , the Chinese government and entrepreneurs have a profound understanding of local enterprises and foreign enterprises in major gaps in the management level . In this case , on behalf of the world's most advanced enterprise management theory and contains the world the essence of successful business management ERP (Enterprise Resource Planing enterprise resource planning) to become a magic weapon for many enterprises to improve business processes , improve the management level , and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises . ERP was born in the 1970s , but it is only about ten years to enter the Chinese market . In just a decade , ERP rapid development in China . On the one hand , it is a high profit growth software vendors and service providers compete for a piece of cake . On the other hand , the demonstration effect of successful implementation of enterprise also makes other companies willing to make the investment in the ERP . This paper begins with a brief introduction of the ERP development background in the world today , as well as in China , to study the meaning of the ERP , MRP / MRPII difference between management ideas it contains , as well as its technical features . Article also discusses the ERP system software engineering background , and given the design ideas of the ERP system in the context of software engineering . Next, the article describes the design and implementation process of the author participated in the China Mobile company Oracle ERP systems , especially ERP financial management system of responsible design and implementation of the entire process , including : the implementation of the financial module in the Oracle ERP system ; enterprises needs analysis of the functions of the financial system ; various financial modules implementation of programs designed for the Oracle ERP system . The article also summed up the experience and lessons learned authors participated in the implementation set for domestic enterprises ERP system implementation methods . Each stage training pre of ERP principles of the project , project organization and system requirements analysis .
