Abstract


AC servo system, some advantages of its own, the increasingly wide range of applications in the field of CNC machine tools, industrial robots. At the same time, non-position sensor permanent magnet synchronous motor vector control method has also become a hot spot in the study. In-depth study of some of the key issues in the policy position sensor control on the basis of a practical position sensor control scheme. Based on analysis of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) mathematical model, the establishment of a permanent magnet synchronous motor control system module space voltage vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) Matlab simulation model, based on the simulation model, position sensor control the soundness of the algorithm verification, thus speeding up the actual system design and debugging process. The Kalman optimal estimation principle applied to the AC permanent magnet synchronous motor servo system, a position sensor governor system state estimation method based on the extended Kalman filter permanent magnet synchronous motor. Kalman filtering principle, by linearized the motor nonlinear equations α? Β coordinate system, given the optimal estimation method of permanent magnet motor rotor position angle and speed of real-time online. The method has excellent rotor position and speed tracking features, the system has a strong anti-load disturbance performance and better control performance. The simulation results show the effectiveness of the method. In the derivation of PMSM sensorless vector control of a new state estimation method based on the estimated coordinate system based on the model of the permanent magnet synchronous motor. The electrical steady-state operation of introducing the concept of the motor state estimation, an effective solution to the rotor speed transient process, the problem of inaccurate position estimation. The state estimation algorithm is simple, with a small amount of calculation, easy-to-digital realization characteristics. In discussing the state estimate algorithm on the motor parameters dependent on the basis of given the estimated error compensation algorithm. The simulation and experimental results prove that the above conclusions. Position sensor control method can not detect the initial position of the rotor and thus can not be successfully start, new starter paper presents a constant stator magnetic field of the permanent magnet rotor for initial positioning, and then take advantage of the rotating magnetic field locked rotor position. Experiments show that the method can accurately obtain the initial position of the rotor, and the starter more stable. TI's latest motor dedicated microprocessor TMS320LF2407A DSP as the core control on the basis of the above work, combined with the necessary hardware, designed a complete PMSM drive system of all-digital position sensor control strategy experimental studies. DSP CAN module with DSP interface and design, through the design of PC monitoring software, DSP and PC communication.
