Abstract

Purposes MRI study axial high myopia the four rectus Pulley function position on axial high myopia eye movement disorders secondary cause. The method of axial high myopia in 14 cases ( 22 ) is divided into A, B groups based on eye refraction, axial length , and the presence or absence of eye movement is limited . Eye movement disorders ; Group A and Group B limited eye movement . Eye in primary position and on the turn , the next turn , internal rotation , external rotation bit coronal magnetic resonance scan . To establish a three-dimensional coordinate system for the origin to the center of the eye , using Scion Image medical image measurement software to measure vertical eye rotation at all levels when horizontal rectus eye level rotates vertical rectus cross-section of the center of mass . All levels MRI images before and after the order arranged and connected to the cross-section of the center of mass of each rectus namely the rectus pathway . Establish linear regression equation based on all levels rectus cross-section of the center of mass coordinates value obtained using the statistical software SPSS11.5 eye Tilt , the lateral rectus pathways rotation and eye level when the inferior rectus pathways linear regression curve the largest slope changes , namely rectus Pulley sites , compare group A , group B , normal control group . Results of the A group and the normal control group four rectus pulley sites showed no significant differences ( P gt ; 0.05) ; B group and normal control group rectus (MR), on rectus ( SR ) , inferior rectus ( IR ) sites of the rectus pulley difference no statistically significant difference ( P gt ; 0.05 ) , lateral rectus pulley comparison sites have a very significant difference ( P lt ; 0.01) , lateral rectus ( LR ) pulley sites significantly inferior temporal shift ; A group and B group , rectus , superior rectus , inferior rectus three rectus
