Abstract


In this paper, combing theory of civil society , particularly its constitutional significance for the development of mining , the use of existing data on China 's civil society , and to demonstrate the full development of civil society organizations is the fundamental way out of the constitutional government . This paper is divided into two chapters , the first chapter describes the general theory of civil society and constitutional relationship . The first section of the \Section II of the civil society in the traditional sense , the modern history of the civil society , since the late twentieth century, the practice and theory of civil society to do the necessary introduction . The emergence of the civil society and its organizations in the second chapter of the specific discussion since the new China , the status quo , development , and our constitutional relationship. The first section describes the founding of New China , the situation of the civil society , the reform and opening up as a dividing line , respectively, from the reform and opening up previously and summarized in two time periods after the reform to the emergence of new civil society and the status quo . Finally, the characteristics of our existing civil society organizations of the induction . Section II discusses the impact of Chinese civil society organizations lack of constitutional .
