Abstract


Since the reform and opening up, China's civil aviation industry has experienced a strict control by the government to the gradual decentralization of operational autonomy, separation of enterprise from deregulation process and the new civil aviation management system and finally in 2004 to be initially established in the new environment of civil aviation market regulation theory and practical work department of the hot. Select important content - in the civil aviation economic regulatory price regulation as a research topic, through the analysis of the theoretical basis of the Civil Aviation of price regulation, summed up the experience and practice of the foreign civil aviation tariff regulation, profiling the status quo of China's civil aviation price regulation to improve China's civil aviation price regulation to provide some specific suggestions. The second part is the theoretical analysis. Introduces the general theory of price regulation of the civil aviation industry analysis. That part of the talk about the reasons for price regulation of the head natural monopoly industries, the analysis of the natural monopoly characteristics of the civil aviation industry and the corresponding price regulation. The third part Experiences Abroad. The five national civil aviation in the United States, Canada, Japan, Germany and Brazil freight supervision experience and revelation. The fourth part is the analysis of the reality. First examine the historical changes of the regulatory system of China's civil aviation freight and freight policy and evaluate the implementation of the current fare policy as well as the main problems. The fifth part is perfect countermeasures analysis. Mainly from the perfect reform program, relax into the regulation, revenue management and reform airlines different angles discuss the perfect suggestions of price regulation of China's civil aviation. The innovation of this paper is mainly reflected in the analysis of the system of price regulation of civil aviation, in particular, the first comprehensive analysis of the Chinese civil aviation transport prices regulatory policy changes and suggestions put forward to improve the supervision of China's civil aviation transportation prices.
