Abstract


Currently ,multimedia services is the focus development areas in the phone business, and is the follow-up for operators to develop and promote the business model. With the development of information technology and network bandwidth increase, business development and applications of multimedia technology has been secured. The current operators are increasingly based on the growth of multimedia services as a new highlight of the failure of the multimedia processing and related technologies to improve the increasing degree of attention. Multimedia services through the analysis of the daily troubleshooting and optimization technology, forming a series of troubleshooting methods to improve system maintenance and system optimization.Firstly,introduced the current mobile multimedia services and multimedia services involved in the relevant agreement.The main multimedia business in China mobile are MMS、Viedo Folw、G3 wireless montior and etc .TCP / IP routing protocol is the actual transmission in multimedia services,and is the agreement mostly involved. MMS in the TD-SCDMA network to send either under an agreement with WAP1.X send business agreements can also be sent by WAP2.0, GPRS process of sending data packets on the image processing for transmission. According to TCP / IP protocol layers of the relationship between the analysis of the protocol packets .MTU value on adjustments and settings to resolve the problem sending failed.GPRS GRE tunnel is an important node in the network, mobile TV video streaming is achieved through the GRE tunnel interaction with the terminal, when through a GRE tunnel encapsulation must be unified, or can not be achieved.The development of multimedia services depends on the development of wireless network bandwidth.base on the IP carring , learning multimedia business indicators at all levels in order to study the perception of customer service furtherly. Perceived by the different business to quantify the different indicators .And,create the perception of customer-oriented analysis methods and models
