Abstract


Evolution in the telecommunications network , VOIP is the first IP technology has been applied . VOIP is an IP network to Internet voice or video transmission technology , so that people can enjoy cheaper rates , or even completely free calls, as well as a wide variety of multimedia value-added services , telecom operators and service contents ways accordingly produce the tremendous changes . But the traditional telecom operators have to face this technological change , we must also face the mature technology architecture and service model changes the enormous challenges , some of the new small telecommunications company came into being , they have no trouble huge user base , not because the new business model to worry about the loss of customers , do not worry about the huge platform for technological innovation, not afraid of new technology caused a system crash ; this thesis, the cost advantage of VOIP technology is proposed for small business customers and residential customers VOIP solutions for the domestic telecom market VOIP technology revolution lay the foundation . In this thesis, research projects in respect of product positioning and development process of practical experience as a research object , at the conclusion of the development process , based on the design and implementation of this project strengths and weaknesses of the process were studied. The main contents are : 1, VOIP technology advantages analysis and market analysis , product positioning systems and functional design 3 , system architecture and implementation of the four , the system operation process improvement process
