Abstract


The paper makes a plan on the construction of the regional radio monitoring net according to the 11th 5-year planning made by Shaanxi Radio Administrative Committee. Considering the practical condition, it makes a program on the selecting for the site of the fixed monitoring station. It also proves the rationalization of the stations layout by calculating and analyzing the monitoring range.The thesis focuses on design of the middle and long-distance data transmission and monitoring system with the realization of various monitoring functions.All the sub-monitoring system can be controlled in real time by the regional radio monitoring net. By the mobile monitoring station, all the sub-monitoring system can be control at any site by the regional radio monitoring net. The regional radio monitoring net has increased its safety and efficiency with a high reliability and flexibility.This thesis is also a preparation for the online monitoring and controlling system in the whole province in the future.
