With the development of national defense and aerospace industry , large solid rocket motors debonding detection has become urgent . However, due to the diameter of the rocket engine and debonding thickness of the order of magnitude too small , traditional CT detection technology for detection has many drawbacks . Large solid rocket motor debonding detection as the research object , by analyzing their characteristics and testing requirements , the tangential CT detection technology , specifically for large-scale solid rocket motor the debonding CT detection , the main - ray engine cut positive relative to the portion passing through the housing , a small portion of the projection data detector recorded debonding tangential take a certain angular range and a certain angular intervals tangential projection . Tangential CT reconstruction filtered back projection algorithm based on truncated projection data has been amended in order to ensure the completeness of the reconstruction of data . Through the establishment of a computer simulation model of the tangential CT detection , the results of the projection data and reconstruction , and the algorithm in the process of filtering function selector projection angle interval selection and projection of the number of frames proposed solution , so as to debonding of the solid rocket motor testing a new theoretical guidance . In addition, another study in this article focus on the causes of the existing cut to the image reconstruction of CT transparencies , reconstruction results clearly show to sell off the stick , but because of too little data , poor registration image some deformation , affecting the the debonding length calculation also requires more accurate projection data of the reconstructed image .
