Abstract


Facing to the new increasing customers, it is demand for all sell apartments in China Mobile Group SHAANXI CO.,LTD. to improve their competitive status by providing more creative projects of cost and sales promotion. How to rapidly actualize the instant and uniform charge to all kinds of new tariffs and operation and solve the complicity well depend entirely on the accounting system. In this paper the concept of "product" is first introduced, then the principle and thought of China Mobile Group SHAANXI CO.,LTD. accounting system is discussed. A new Convergent Charging system is designed based on the system platform and application software. A perfect system structure is established by analyzing the mobile products and operation requirement, and the main block—accounting in integration accounting system is designed.In this paper the achievement of this system is based on the object-oriented and software engineer methodology. By using the design model of "platform+plug-in", this system is designed and achieved with the C++in the UNIX (AIX5.3) operation system and ORACLE8i database platform. Various kinds of operating function components are developed on the accounting system.At present, this system is used in China Mobile Group SHAANXI CO.,LTD. of whole province. The integral design scheme is reasonable and the expected aim is achieved.
