Abstract


When modernist architecture was most in doubt , as the process of globalization continues to expand in the Chinese contemporary architectural design , the traditional architectural design concept and the regional concept gaining considerable attention of the architect , the same time, it is for Habitat environmental quality requirements have gradually improved . In this paper, as the main courtyard building and the courtyard as the main two aspects to analyze the spatial characteristics of traditional courtyard and explore the courtyard interaction between architecture and landscape , contemporary architectural design thinking to explore the requirements of the times , trying to space from the courtyard design at the starting small in the big , prompted an architectural , urban, landscape , geographic unified architectural concept, which established the practical significance of the study .
