The Provincial Network of China Mobile Group Beijing Company Data System is an important part of CMNet, it be applied to the access, transmission and exchange of its own provincial network and play a significant role in the business development of China Mobile. Currently, however, in the construction of provincial network of Beijing Mobile data is still stay at level of MN-Network Element System, which provided by suppliers, just supports the simple fault and topology management, unable to manage the resource, performance or business effectively, not to mention support for launching of new business. This kind of single network management system usually applied to a certain kind vendor or equipment, but short of consider about integration of different kinds of equipments, different levels of networks, or the relation between equipments/lines and business/customers. It is lack the long view for the whole network management, not to mention from the operation support system to plan business operations functions.This article is based on the status of Beijing Mobile network, with a deep analysis about the function requirements, performance requirements, network requirements and IP construction of Beijing Mobile data provincial network management system.For the status and requirements of Beijing Mobile network management system, we design a total solution for mobile operation and support. This total solution allied the X company network management platform which based on OMP object management platform, could achieve the resource allocation, fault alarm and performance of traffic information presented. And the solution includes mobile data at the provincial level for the Beijing network management system construction design, total function design and safe reliability design.This total solution for mobile operation and support mainly achieved 7 functions: resource configuration management, fault management, performance management, routing management, report management, system management and integrated collection management.There is a detailed design of total solution for mobile operations support in this article which includes:integrated collection, based on the topology and tree resource management, managed object model, focused on network fault management, network performance monitoring, traffic analysis, configuration management, route management, report management, business management, system security design etc.The integrated operation of these layered functional modules will be well managed in provincial networks of Beijing mobile data.
