Abstract


Mobile communication network along the broadband, packet, a flat direction of the evolution of the whole mobile IP network transformation is an irreversible trend. Mobile core network IP transformation and network building 2G/3G network convergence has been fully carried out, I believe that IP technology will bring new vitality to China Mobile.This article is divided into six parts to illustrate the mobile communication network Xingtai 2G/3G CS domain core to build the design and implementation. Papers from the new features of 3G networks, network integration focuses on the necessity of starting the core network CS domain core network Vocie Over Ip transformation of the principle of a series of project implementation, the key step in rehabilitation programs and the transformation is complete Voip network topology, network principles, routing principles.3G network applications require the support of HLR network node, HLR is directly related to the stability of the network’s normal operation, the key to the mobile network node. Arises from the HLR of the Disaster recovery system. This paper introduces Nokia HLR replace Nortel HLR engineering and Nokia HLR of redundant disaster backup system principles and applications.TD-SCDMA technology has been driving the pace of 2G/3G network convergence, the paper from the resident strategy, switching strategy, the district re-election strategy, set the switch area and location area strategy to prove the point of 2G/3G mobile communications network for optimal integration strategy to improve the quality of communication network to enhance customer satisfaction.Finally, the paper discusses the convergence of new technologies MSCPOOL in key technology and application, and Hebei Mobile in the whole business operations, driven by Hebei IMS network status, business and Xingtai IMS network to provide capacity building programs. IMS network construction for mobile communication networks evolve to all-IP network foundation.
