Abstract


In a highly competitive global environment, companies are faced with a rapidly changing and unpredictable buyer's market, the traditional business model of production and the market response to this upheaval becoming increasingly slow and passive. Supply chain management, as a new mode of operation and management, can bring many benefits to the enterprise. Inventory management is supply chain management is a very important content. Traditional inventory management is only for a single enterprise, focused on optimizing a single inventory costs, storage costs and ordering costs from starting determine the economic order quantity and order point, difficult to adapt to these theories and methods of supply chain management environment. Therefore, supply chain inventory management model under study become a hot research enterprise information, has important theoretical and practical significance. This article from the perspective of supply chain management, inventory management problems has been systematically studied, analyzed the shortcomings of traditional inventory management, supply chain management solutions elaborated on the advantages of addressing these issues, as well as ways to solve problems, inventory-based SCM management system for the research and development. The main contents are as follows: 1. Inventory management for the current business problems, analyze the reasons put forward supply chain management, inventory solutions. For domestic and international supply chain inventory management research analyzes the current situation. (2) the supply chain inventory management mode, the basic principles of management have been studied, and under the management of the supply chain inventory control strategy are analyzed on the basis of supplier-managed inventory programs were studied. 3. The supply chain inventory management system for the overall design, in accordance with the functional requirements of the system is divided into several functional modules, and each module for a more detailed design. 4 studied the theory and methods of software development, system development on the model adopted were discussed, proposed the C / S and B / S mode of combining, use SQL Server 2000 to develop the underlying database, C Builder 6 as a client development tools. 5 In the requirements analysis based on the logical structure of the database design, and SQL Server 2000 database system to achieve the logical structure, creating a back-end database. Written using C Builder 6 part of the database system client program and the connection with the database implementation.
