Abstract


Wireless GSM network parameters are parameters related to wireless devices and wireless resources . Of these parameters on the network cell coverage, type of business, the quality of service has a crucial impact therefore reasonable to adjust a radio parameter in order to achieve equilibrium traffic and improve the quality of the network is an important part of the GSM network planning and optimization . Based on the network during the actual operation of the performance of various types of events , combined with different topography, BSC -level parameter , BTS level parameter vicinity parameter , switches and power control parameters , from the region - level and district - level planning design . The BSS system including BSC and BTS, the corresponding BSS parameter is also divided into the BSC parameter and BTS parameters , respectively, the control module of the BSC and BTS . In the GSM system , the signaling is mainly concentrated in the MAP interface , A interface Ater interface , Abis interface and the Um interface . Built and after the operation of the mobile communication network , the operator needs various structures on the network configuration and parameters to be adjusted to make the network more reasonable work . The planning and design of the wireless parameters of a running system , based on the actual radio channel characteristics , traffic characteristics and signaling traffic-bearing , improve communication quality the wireless parameter to adjust the local or global network , improve network average service performance and improve equipment utilization process . In fact, the basic principles of the wireless parameter adjustment is to take full advantage of existing wireless resources by business volume share of the whole network traffic and signaling traffic as evenly as possible , improve network service levels in order to achieve the goal . Finally, the planning and design of wireless parameters used in practice , and the actual network data correctness and effectiveness of the verification by inspection of the network operation to achieve the desired effect .
