Abstract


Luan Unicom mobile network currently has a total of 2G/3G core network implementation approach of Huawei core network equipment used MGW UMG8900 soft switching equipment, network structure is more reasonable to meet the GSM users and 2G 2G voice packet domain business requirements, but also to 3G WCDMA users to meet and 3G packet-voice service access and multimedia services bearing requirements.Consider China’s mobile communications market,2G and 3G networks will coexist for quite some time, to further optimize the core network to meet market business development, to ensure the stability and reliability of the core network, for fast increase user awareness, rapid increase corporate image, in the near future to improve the overall level of Luan Unicom’s mobile networks, this paper Luan Unicom status of core network mobile communication network, the construction of late to be MGW networking, traffic and signaling configuration planning.
