Abstract


Message MMS marketing technical support platform to support China mobile, the headquarters and provincial companies, and wireless music / 139 email/letter / 139 community business such as marketing demand, of the send SMS and MMS content classification and tracking, feature matching with the customers, to assist local and nationwide marketing activities, give play to the role of interpersonal communication between the customer, the customer as SMS and MMS communication and sales channels, and manage to provide rewards and inspire customers to use. This topic in MMS marketing technical support platform design as the main research content, in the paper the main work done during the course of a subject introduced and summarized. First introduced the China mobile SMS, MMS business problems and the development background of platform, and introduces the domestic development present situation. Then the paper introduces the technology of SMS MMS marketing project master. Second, message MMS marketing technical support platform for the requirements analysis, overall system network structure is given, and platform overall structure design. Finally, the text message MMS marketing technical support platform module was studied, this paper studies the content management module, sales management module of the system design. Each sub module analyzes the functional requirements, business process, application interface and code realization and test verification.
