Abstract


Static phase is designed for large and medium-sized wound motor energy saving design of reactive power compensation device in place . The existing static phase only stay in supporting the use of a single motor and a single stationary phase advance of the lack of monitoring system , historical data can not be saved . For more than one motor based on static phase of the wireless communication system for industrial production, energy saving , improve the level of production management has an important significance . In the study of static phase status and phase advance based on the principle , according to the requirements of the subject based on the static phase of the wireless communication system of the overall program . The system consists of a static phase control subsystem and master subsystem , the use of wireless communication module static phase and the host computer communication . In determining the overall structure of the system , wireless communication scheme suitable for the application of the system environment , and the master program development tools . Static phase control subsystem design , detailing the static phase and a wireless communication module hardware circuit and software design . Design the static phase protection circuit detection conversion circuit and microprocessor control unit and the liquid crystal display section ; the master subsystem design , Introduction fixed allocation of time division multiple access polling technology and DAMA ALOHA two communication modes of the system , choose to meet the requirements of system resource utilization reservation ALOHA to achieve master subsystem multiple access communication , and given its software flow chart . Needs analysis, and virtual instrument host computer and its software requirements analysis and gives software flow chart . The system is experimental and site commissioning , the results show : the static phase compensation effect is obvious, system wireless communication capabilities to meet the design requirements of the wireless monitoring has broad application prospects .
