Abstract


With the rapid development of information technology, database technology, artificial intelligence technology, network communication technology and other related technologies, information systems has made considerable progress, but also continue to be refined and updated in the application breadth and depth, as many business indispensable to modern management support tools. Based on Internet / Intranet flexible, easy to expand and maintain enterprise management information system for modern enterprises, the establishment of enterprises to adapt to the changing market environment, the inevitable choice to promote their own development and growth. Enterprise management information system (MIS) is one of the fastest growing in recent years in the field of computer several new technologies, its purpose is to support the high-level decision-making, middle-level control and grass-roots operation to improve the productivity, profitability and competitiveness force. Products processing production line management is particularly important for enterprises, the majority of the existing production management information system focused on corporate senior management and external links, the user multi-enterprise management personnel. Not many studies on the live production process and the information is contained in the MIS system. In this paper, and the specific circumstances of the production site monitoring and statistical summary of the production operations, and database data for the overall management of production management information system. The actual situation for of Wuhan Iron Wulongquan mine in the Windows 2000 Server operating system, based on C / S mode, the use of VC 6.0 as a front development tools, SQL Server 2000 database as a background of the enterprise production management information system development. The main function of the system for online monitoring of the rotary kiln production process operating parameters, when the parameter is unreasonable to give a warning message and provide intelligent decision-making information to assist workers to operate; rotary kiln production process data can be set according to the needs of the query and historical data query; also in the Office of the real-time conditions, historical conditions query and statistical production, coal consumption, coal consumption per unit downtime and print interface; comprehensive data management capabilities, data import and export, database backup and restore. In this paper, fuzzy control in the management information system development, development strategy, development model and intelligent control technologies are analyzed and research, active lime production lines for the Wulongquan Mine embodiment of fuzzy control; and stored procedures and print preview to improve the technology for office productivity query subsystem, the production of statistical reports automatically generated and automatically delete data in the database table, and WYSIWYG Print function; also user management, data import, export and database backup and recovery methods for the study, and these features in the system.
