Abstract


Companies to develop a variety of decisions related to the company's future and development of the event, the development of these decisions require health data within the enterprise and external information as the basis for these related information accuracy, timeliness and completeness will directly affect the correct decision or not. ERP production management in the formulation of master production schedule is a relationship to the enterprise global efficiency of the important decision-making content, and production management itself needs to keep abreast of global logistics information, so a good decision support management information system will greatly improve production management efficiency. In this paper, an optoelectronics company Foshan object of the order-driven and stock-driven combine in a kind of master production planning production management system, mainly to do a detailed study of the following aspects: 1. Firstly discusses research purpose and meaning, and then introduced the development of the electronics industry backgrounds and ERP ERP and international research, and to analyze the ERP production management subsystem in the development and problems: 2. study the development of the electronics industry and its characteristics, discusses the concept of ERP and core management ideas, introduced the ERP system components and common business processes; 3. analysis of the production management system concept as well as the role of the ERP, describes the classification and composition of production management, production management made the traditional enterprise applications in the electronic system problems, put forward to support decision making production management system structure and characteristics; 4 introduces the basic situation of enterprises, analyzes the overall design of production management systems to study the system using the key technology; detailed description can support decision-making master production plan management module design (including functional requirements, data sheet design, interface programming): then introduced to support decision-making in the query module production rolling inventory inquiries, complete the annual plan contrast to statistics, a typical product turnover statistics three sub-modules, elaborated method of rolling stock and the role query introduced SOL query optimization design problems. 5 combined with practical experience in the implementation of the system in the enterprise introduced a key factor in the successful application, combining functionality and interface module introduces several typical applications. Finally concludes the paper work, and the subject of future research are discussed.
