Abstract


ERP appeared in the 80s of the last century. From the 90s of the 20th century, some famous ERP products such as SAP, Oracle and so on, flowed into China, and expanded rapidly. With the trend, many origin ERP products came forth in China. The core idea of ERP is a supply chain management. ERP breaks the traditional enterprise’s limits, optimizes the resource of enterprises in the supply chain, and becomes a new information system, which is based on the network economy epoch. The effects of ERP are obvious that it improves enterprises’ business flow, enhances enterprises’ competing ability. However, the businesses in enterprises are very complex, and the businesses, which need the cooperation of each department, often work in the form of bills. Therefore, the key of exploiting a right ERP system is to research a sound bill management system.Struts is a free and open-source web application framework. Apache software fund has made great efforts to struts framework. The motive of the fund is to improve and enhance the technology of JSP, Servlet, tag library and oriented -object, recompose and integrate the technology advantages of Servlets and JSP, offer programmers a strong and extensible application framework. At the same time, it is an example of MVC model, releases the developers who use MVC model. Struts is fit to various different programs, and of course, its advantages in big program is more obvious.After explaining the theories of ERP, MVC model and struts framework, the author starts to analyze and discuss the bill management of the ERP system based on MVC model in detail. In the bill management system there are some problems such as various bill types which often changes, complex bill auditing, the low speed and exactness ratio, the batch of bills which can’t implement the single equipment management and so on. And then, after analyzing the tenancy businesses in tarim oilfield company engineer and technology department, the author educes the stringent need and emphases of the new system. The new system architecture and some relational technologies in the system are pointed out, andfinally pay a big segment to introduce the bill management. The bill management is divided into four parts, and each part is explained in detail such as function details, table structures and so on. A real bill management model needs some other assistant models, therefore, in the end, other three models are simply mentioned.Taking one with another, the bill management resolves well the major problems in this company. The dynamic bill customized is adapted to the needs of the company development. Bill type diversification achieved single equipment management, really completed the equipment information management. Convenient bill information input methods relieve working capacity and reduced errors in the work. The user-defined workflow meets the complex and ever-changing audit procedures.The effectiveness of the system which has been expanded and improved, I believe, is not only limited to this company, but also to e-government and other enterprises internal administration.
