Abstract


With the rapid development of modern information industry, software development has become a vastly complicated project. From planning and design to implementation, every step must be strict, the slightest mistake, the whole project will fail. According to statistics, only in the United States, each year there are 180,000 IT projects, costing about $ 250 billion U.S. dollars, of which 25-30% of the project will be aborted. Thus, due to poor management and design errors caused by the loss is enormous. Modern software development process and the management is more than ever important. In this paper, the company pioneered Rational RUP methodology, combined with JAVA/J2EE, UML / ROSE and WSAD such technologies, tools and platforms posed by the software development process as a starting point for research; around three main characteristics of RUP (software development based on architecture design for the center, by the use case-driven, and is an iterative process) to expand. First of all, the entire project infrastructure design. This part of the article always J2EE-based Web system development methodology to explore the baseline. From Servlet / JSP technology principle, to combine these two technologies for Web development Modell and Mode12 design, to achieve a better solution-Struts Mode12 internal mechanism of such framework. Then, according to the classical theory of stratification Web applications, the design of the persistence layer was analyzed, the introduction of Hibernate framework technology; eventually, application presentation layer implemented as Struts, Hibernate as the persistence layer to achieve the application, combined with the latest technology as a business in Spring layer implementation for integration framework to design a set of flexible enough to loosely coupled, scalable, and efficient Web development framework. Secondly, this paper use case-driven approach to human resource management system needs analysis, showing the use cases described in the specification. Finally, this paper we have designed a development framework as the Architecture Center, select the personnel system compare the core of the \Finally, results of a phase of evaluation to decide whether the next iteration. Now, the first phase of the mission has been developed and successfully deployed to end users in the domain, to meet the customer in the scalability and performance requirements. With the commencement of the second phase project personnel, more functional modules will be iterative increase in, the system will become more sophisticated and powerful. Currently, the combination of Struts, Hibernate and Spring frame assembly is considered to be a large-scale Web projects based on J2EE development ideal combination to the center of the frame, using use-case driven, iterative RUP software development process has become the de facto software development industry industry standards. Therefore, this framework for the design and successful practice based on RUP software enterprises in China is bound to have an important reference.
