Abstract


With the rapid development of telecommunications services , mobile communications networks showing the development of the following characteristics: number and type of network element equipment surge ; various value-added services is increasing rapidly ; network size increases rapidly ; need to manage increasingly large variety of information . At present, Tianjin mobile short message business grew very rapidly, the network size is also growing, more and more types required to improve management .
