Abstract


New style dry-process rotary kiln is used in cement industry more and more. The problem of buildups jam is often met with in the process of production. The purpose of the study and development of this system is to resolve the problem by the application of computer technology in material field.In actual production the problem of buildups jam is generally judged trough artificial observing and experience. That method has two shortcomings: one is not accurate enough and the other is not in time enough. The system is designed to alarm to the possible buildups jam in the production process, making full use of the strongly capability of computer according to the present knowledge of the buildups jam. This system judges the buildups jam according to temperature, content and pressure. It receives those parameters from the sensor then finishes the job of judge according to the rules that are set firstly.This paper firstly introduces the conception and correlative knowledge of the expert system. Then this paper describes the architecture, knowledge expression and deducing methods of the expert system detailed. Different methods such as production, semantic network and frame are used to express different kind knowledge. Then the knowledge of object-oriented method is introduced. The advantage, character and object-oriented design are introduced mainly. After giving how to deal with the temperature and the content of three kinds of contents in the production, the expert system of forewarning prompt for buildups jam is realized. Every one of three layers is realized by respective method. In the process of dealing with the temperature, this system places the inverted information into database and finishes the judge of buildups jam. For the content which can not be measured by sensor, the system calculates it by formula.This system is realized by three-layer architecture which including presentation,business logic, data access. For those three layers, every layer finishes respective task. Thus the expansibility of the system is enhanced. In the end, the expert system of forewarning prompt for buildups jam is developed on Visual C#. It has the character of Windows software which is friendly and operated easily.
