Abstract


Mobile digital TV as one of the most talked about and most state-of-the-art multimedia broadcast form has begun to public acceptance . The SARFT CMMB (China Mobile Multimedia Broadcasting) standard , with fully independent intellectual property rights , the advanced STiMi transmission technology , will be better able to adapt to the Chinese market , it is a useful development of future mobile multimedia digital TV standard . Comprehensive assessment in order to speed up the promotion and application of CMMB CMMB performance , especially test CMMB mobile reception and urban coverage effect , it is necessary to design dedicated for CMMB mobile reception / coverage testing system . This paper studies CMMB signal receiving system . Paper first introduces the the CMMB system structure and frame structure , and conditional access systems and electronic business guide part detail . Then do a specific analysis and design of hardware and software components of the signal receiver module . Mature hardware module structures receiving platform , simplifying the design work to improve the performance . On the software side , the main signal receiver software module design based on Siano's SMS1180 the demodulator chip development package . Finally, the related function test system is expected to achieve the target . In this paper, the design of the signal receiver system is a part of the entire road test system , and eventually integrated into the complete system . Project implemented system , it is possible within the the CMMB network signal coverage , while program viewing in a normal receiving stream , the recording cover strength and signal quality of the signal in the vicinity of the site , these results for analysis of the the CMMB covering single frequency network , and complement point transmission network has certain reference value .
