Abstract


Technology development, service deployment , the needs of users is pregnant with change and revolution of the traditional telecom industry , competition and the future development of how to improve the quality of service and reduce operating costs has become the focus of attention of various telecom companies . Broadband network has become an important development strategy of the telecom operators . Broadband IP network optimization evaluation system not only improves the level of maintenance , but also improved quality of service , more importantly, to enhance the market competitiveness , and truly reflects modern customer service philosophy of consciousness and modern means to reduce operating costs . IP network is the physical platform to achieve a variety of Internet services , as the technology continues to evolve , and the rapid growth of broadband users , the growing size of the network , the type of equipment are becoming increasingly complex and diverse . Meanwhile, with the further diversification of Internet applications , these new applications not only high network bandwidth requirements , and also put forward higher requirements for the quality of the network . To solve the existing problems , improve network performance , so that it can meet a variety of new business requirements, must be a comprehensive assessment of the IP network performance , network optimization based on the results of the assessment , so as to achieve reduced maintenance personnel working pressure , improve work quality and work efficiency . The main content of this paper is to broadband IP network optimization Design and Implementation of the evaluation system . How to network information collection system , how to establish an evaluation model to quantify the show and other aspects of the study was to investigate how the collected information analysis and processing and how will analyze the results , thus completing the broadband IP network optimization assessment design and Implementation of the system , allowing the system according to the network function and location of the backbone layer, convergence layer and access layer network performance , business and the opening of new businesses the ability to assess the currently running on the network , the local network room management , equipment management , operation and maintenance system , a comprehensive assessment of the optimization proposal , based on the evaluation results , and provide the basis for the network to optimize the transformation . So as to achieve to reduce the burden of maintenance personnel work to enhance the quality of work and work efficiency .
