Abstract


The develop process of modern society is decided by the develop process of city on great extent. In the process of city developing, the development of the port city is important. That development level of port city not only to region economy, but also to national shall be give rise to decisive function in future. As the port is important economic growth pole to city, put forward an important question that how to attain perfect development rely on existing economic level and the technique condition of the city. Propose a new challenge for our country’s port cities how to make use of port gate heading for world today. By means of the research of port-city relation, put forward the Strategy on Port-City’s Integral Construction, carried on the port and city planning reasonably, lay down the strategy of port - city that promote mutually and develop commonly. It is not only a demand of global economics, but also a demand that the port and city develop harmoniously. The strategy is of much benefit for the national’s macro view decision.The research main works concentrate on the following two aspects:1. Summarize the mode and the developing trend of modern port and port- city, cleared the economy relation closely of the port-city, include the symbiosis relation and the space development relation. In this foundation explore the antinomy faced that on Port-City’s relation in Jiaxing. Analyze the necessity of the construction and point the harbor industry construction is the key by four aspect arguments facing in the strategy on Port-City’s Integral Construction.2. Aim at condition of the port oneself and harbor city in our country recently, put forward the integral planning on Port-City’s Integral Construction. The strategy on Port-City’s Integral Construction is proposed making use the experience of Ningbo and Jiaxing by four aspects such as "orchestration programming, government talent, harbor industry and keeping on development".The textual chief content is as follow:Introduce the purpose, meaning and method of research. Describe the presentcondition of the Port-City’s Integral Construction in domestic and foreign ports. Introduce the connotations and characteristics of the port city. Introduce the an economic relation of harbor city and the target and antinomy at present which in the Port-City’s Integral Construction our country, and put forward the core problem in Port-City’s Integral Construction. Under the instruction of the theories about relation of the harbor and city, analyze the principles of Port-City’s Integral Construction. Discussed principles of the Port-City’s Integral Construction, put forward the total strategy of harbor industry that matching the national conditions on basis of the successful experience about the domestic and internal harbor. Finally sum up, pointed out that the construction port-city’s Integral is being carry out according to actual condition in different harbor cities. Put forward a further study how to use suitable indexes of economic amount on evaluating the port contribute.
