Abstract


The development of Jiangsu Province along Yangtse River is a very important government strategy. We constructed an evaluation system according to sustainable development rules and the target and requirement of along Yangtse River development, via referring the developed-countries’ modes of valley economy development. It has great significance that design and practice research for performance evaluation of along Yangtse River development and offering countermeasure and suggestion to promote the development of along Yangtse River in an orderly way.The significance of Jiangsu Province along Yangtse River development was explained in this paper first then the evaluation index system was established ,based on which the theory model and a software framework were created.Finally, an example was presented according to which the countermeasure and suggestion was proposed.It is innovative to calculate the index weight based on Norm-grey relation degree and to develope a comprehensive evaluation software, which was programmed with Delphi and Matlab that is a calculating engine based on COM. And a Delphi-Excel interface was given.
