Abstract


Science and Technology Park as a new model of economic growth in our country since the 1990s has been great concern and participation of government , universities and research institutes , science and technology enterprises , and achieved good social and economic benefits . Beijing Zhongguancun Science Park again accelerated construction began in 1999 , and more to promote the rapid development of high-tech industry in Beijing , so that the high-tech industry has become enhanced national strength , to create a new regional economic growth point , adjust the industrial structure in order to improve employment , increased tax a new economic phenomenon . Science and Technology Park as an important physical carrier and economic phenomenon of high-tech industry development , planning, development and construction management is no doubt on the health of the science and technology park rapid development , plays a vital role . Throughout the ten years to the development of China 's science and technology park construction and management of the course , we both see the tremendous achievements , but also to see the gap between the level of development of China 's science and technology park and the world's advanced countries and regions science and technology park , as well as waste of resources caused by the lack of experience and theoretical guidance , the obvious economic and social effects , and other issues . Since the establishment of the Zhongguancun Science Park , a development mode of land taken in the process of planning, design and development and construction of new Professional Technology Park , is an innovative model of domestic science and technology park development and construction and exploration , has accumulated a lot of practical experiences and lessons learned . In this paper, based on analysis and comparison of the status quo of domestic and international technology park , explore a professional development model of the science and technology park , and professional to Zhongguancun Science and Technology Park as a case study , in-depth study of the professional science and technology park in the planning and construction management practice ideas and suggestions to solve these problems . The research for this article , for adjustment the professional technology park development and construction ideas , give full play to the common role of industrial planning and urban planning and to establish reasonable park management mode , the healthy development of the real economy of the Science and Technology Park , is of great significance .
