Abstract


Since reform and opening-up, with the high-speed development of the economyand the society, the area integrates and urbanization accelerated .The following 20years will be the period that the Chinese urbanization process is accelerated further.With the development of city, residential district is developed to the suburbprogressively. Hangzhou is praised as the best city for human living in the ChangjiangDelta, and wins the “Habitat Scroll of Honour Award 2001”. To study residencedevelopment of Hangzhou, we can offer one reference of development mode forbuilding the human settlements city. The paper is given birth under such background,aiming at development mode of residential district planning in Hangzhou, andthrough the real project, direct against the question that exist at the present stage, putforward my view and opinion and study the new development model designed ofliving area of new situation. Above all, the argumentation structure of this paper is:The first chapter introductions make a brief statement of the research’sbackground, meaning, object, theory basis, content, method and primary structure,mainly in order to tell that in which background problems exist and what is themeaning of the study.In the second chapter, regarding theory of human settlements as guidelines, thetreatise studying the case of “Jingshancuigu” residential district planning and designin Hangzhou, the architect participate in the preliminary planning of the project. Thepaper analyze that the new development mode as suitable city for human living.In the third chapter, at first the thesis considers the urban area function inHangzhou and current situation of the development of living area, secondly analyzesthe Changjiang Delta integrating, new Hangzhou City Group setting-up and humansettlements systematic impact on residential district development of Hangzhou .At thesame time, The thesis compare it deeply with some real examples in domestic andinternational city about residential district planning, Finally, the thesis summarizes thetrait and problem of the theory planning of Hangzhou.Chapter 4 concentrates on analyzing inside and external terms of residentialdistrict development, and discussing design principle and development tactics ofresidential district synthetically from regional development and residential districtsystem in Hangzhou. Through studying influence of living system by reason of thechange of life mode, the paper put forward principle and tactics of Hangzhou humansettlements city.Chapter 5 acts as a re-analysis synthesis theory and practice of foundation, andwe propose that building residential district system with environmental intergrowth isan effective mode of sustainable development. Through the analysis ofsuburbanization in the city ,the paper propose the low density residential district isan important mode in developing process in Hangzhou.The last chapter draws a conclusion for the full paper. After reviewing andsummarizing the opinions which are given before, it brings forward some suggestionson residential district development model which build the human settlements city.The new human settlements city needs to take the road to sustainable development.
