Abstract


Automobile Concession Shop is one of the Automobile Trade Buildings. That is to say it owns the concessionary management authority, and is constructed in the light of the unite standard of the automobile manufacturers supply. It is a build site of owning many function where it sells the singularity automobile brand and supplies a series of function requirements including new automobile Sale, Spare parts, Service, Survey and so on. It also comes a particular automobiles selling model.This article is based on the research on the spot, and by means of literature searches. The author knew well the automobiles selling model of The Automobile Concession Shop Buildings, and in the background analyses, concludes and summarizes the home and foreign examples. Furthermore, The author make more research to the produce and development, programming, choosing location, the function subarea of the plan , and outside and inside iamge-building of the style of buildings. At last the author try to put forward some revelations and suggestions.
