Abstract


Experienced in the semiconductor market in the history of the Second Great Recession , began to enter a new economic cycle recovery , and China as a country in the forefront of the world's semiconductor consumption in the next few years is expected to become the largest consumer market in the world , so domestic semiconductor industry will face more opportunities and challenges . Company A silicon wafer as a Japanese -owned small manufacturing enterprises , facing increasingly fierce competition in the industry , faced with how to improve their competitive advantage , to seize the favorable competitive position , expand market share and overall development . This article first departure from the research background , the status quo of domestic and foreign research on competitive strategy . Then the enterprise competition strategic overview of the theory , briefly discusses the connotation and characteristics of competitive strategy , introduced two analytical methods of competitive strategy : value chain analysis , SWOT analysis ; theoretical basis of competitive strategy . Then combined with the industry environment , the use of two analytical methods to carry out an objective analysis of the company's internal and external environment of the A clear A company facing market opportunities, threats , strengths and weaknesses . Determine the enterprises should adopt decentralization strategy for a specific market and gain a competitive advantage through three basic competitive strategy analysis Porter .
