Abstract

With the continuous improvement of the environmental and health consciousness of the people, more and more attention by people green products. Part of disperse dyes in textiles and food Sudan dyes in a potential threat to human health caused by. A number of countries and international organizations to make use of these dyes was strictly limited, and is becoming a prerequisite for market access, and the formation of a technical barriers. Thus the establishment of these two types of dye accurate, simple and rapid analysis method has great practical significance. This paper studies Disperse Blue 1, Disperse Blue 35, Disperse Blue 106, Disperse Yellow 3, Disperse Orange 3, Disperse Red 1, Disperse Blue 124, disperse Orange 37 8 allergenic disperse dyes Sudan I, Sudan II, Sudan dye Sudan Ⅲ, Sudan Ⅳ high performance liquid chromatography and liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry analysis method. Select the column, the mobile phase composition, detection system wavelength conditions, optimized HPLC, LC-MS separation and determination of conditions. For allergenic disperse dyes is still not a standard detection methods, the article refers to the German draft 522,000 textile disperse dyes detection the established HPLC analysis method: C 8 column; mobile phase: 1% ice acetic acid, an aqueous solution of 0.3% triethylamine - acetonitrile; gradient elution; detected under 280nm. HPLC method relative standard deviation was 1.8 to 3.1%, and the average recovery was 77.5 to 96.6%, with a good linear relationship within the range of 1.0 ~ 10.0mg / L. Sudan dyes for GB (GB / T 19681-2005) Sample processing low recovery, poor reproducibility shortcomings commercialization alumina solid phase extraction column to enable the recovery rate of 5 to 19%, and significantly improve the reproducibility. The HPLC analysis conditions for the experimentally determined: C 8 column; mobile phase: 1% glacial acetic acid aqueous solution of 1% acetic acid, 20% acetone solution in acetonitrile; gradient elution; 478nm detected under. The relative standard deviation of 1.1 to 2.3%, the average recovery was 90.2 to 96.5%, the linear range of 0.1 to 20.0 mg / L. German draft national standard methods of analysis were inevitable there will be false positive results, the establishment of the above two types of dye HPLC analysis method by LC-ESI () / MS (SIM), while using LC-MS and IR part of the structure of the disperse dyes were identified and corrected. Allergenic disperse dyes commercially available in five kinds of textile and 10 kinds of food in Sudan dyes under the above conditions, the qualitative and quantitative analysis, two kinds of textile HPLC initially judged as positive samples, but the results of the LC-MS as false positives, 10 kinds of food 4 positive, 6 negative. Therefore, to be validated HPLC detected as positive samples need to use the LC-MS method.
